  • Guest：出差路过选择了东营百丽精品酒店，原本还担心住得不习惯，没想到整个入住过程特别舒心，前台的暖心服务，让我们全家都特别感动。办理入住时帮忙提行李，进入房间后，首先感受到的就是乾净和温馨，衞生做得特别到位，地面乾净无杂物，床品柔软舒适，没有丝毫异味，房间里没有任何刺鼻的味道，房间里的设施都做了贴心的设计，开关、插座的位置都很显眼，衞浴间配有防滑垫和扶手，避免滑倒，热水温度适中，不用担心被烫到，服务人员还特意为我们送来了防滑拖鞋，细节感拉满。入住期间有点咳嗽，前台得知后，特意帮忙准备了温水和止咳糖，还贴心地询问身体状况，让人瞬间感受到家人般的温暖。酒店的早餐也特别适合，有清淡的粥、软烂的包子和麪条，还有各种新鲜的蔬菜和水果，营养均衡，早餐吃得特别开心。晚上睡得特别安稳，没有被任何噪音打扰。酒店的位置也很便利，周边环境安静，没有嘈杂的声音，特别适合长者休息。整个入住过程中，客房的服务始终热情周到，有任何问题都能第一时间解决，酒店的衞生、设施也完全符合居住需求。真的太感谢东营百丽精品酒店的暖心服务，以后来东营，一定还选这家酒店，也会把这家有温度的酒店推荐给身边的朋友！
